Willingness to work a flexible schedule 5 days a week of early morning snow reporting.
Accurate, grammatically correct and timely updates of Mad River Glen's website, social media and daily snow reports.
Ability to learn our content management systems.
Understands the variety of snow conditions that exist with the ability to appropriately present information on these conditions to the public within the context of the snow report.
Provide support and comprehend the Marketing Department's goals and objectives.
Interact and communicate with guests successfully and in a friendly manner.
Flexibility in monitoring and reporting of constantly changing snow and weather conditions.
Communicate with Mountain Operations and Ski Patrol in order to compile a comprehensive and accurate daily report.
Understand basic hand-held radio communication.
Skiing in all conditions and weather to gain accurate knowledge of conditions.
